How do I log in to the app?
Enter your employee ID and the 4-digit PIN provided by your supervisor. If you've forgotten your PIN, contact your site manager or the control room to reset it.
Why isn't my location being tracked?
Ensure location permissions are enabled for the app:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services
- Find "Priority First Patrol" and select "Always"
- Make sure "Precise Location" is enabled
How do I scan checkpoints?
Tap the "Scan Checkpoint" button on the home screen, then hold your phone near the NFC tag or scan the QR code at the checkpoint. The app will automatically record your visit with timestamp and location.
What happens when I press the SOS button?
The SOS button immediately sends an emergency alert to the control room with your exact GPS location. Keep your phone with you - the control room will attempt to contact you and dispatch assistance if needed.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! The app works offline and stores your patrol data locally. When you regain internet connection, all data will automatically sync to the server. You'll see an offline indicator when not connected.
How do I submit an incident report?
Tap "Report Incident" from the home screen or the More menu. Fill in the details, add photos if needed, and submit. Your report will be sent to management immediately and you'll receive a confirmation.
Why am I getting check-call alerts?
Check-calls are welfare checks to ensure your safety during shifts. When you receive an alert, simply tap "I'm OK" to confirm. If you don't respond within the set time, the control room will be notified.
